LAHORE: The Punjab government in line with the federal government decision announced observing one-day mourning on Sunday (today) on account of the tragic suicide bomb blasts in Mastung, Balochistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The Punjab government announced that the national flag on official buildings across the province will be hoisted at half-mast on Sunday to mourn the deaths of nearly 150 people in the recent terrorist attacks ahead of the general elections.

Meanwhile, caretaker Chief Minister Dr Hasan Askari has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the loss of human lives in Mustang and Bannu.

He said the Punjab government would provide free medical treatment to those who had been injured in the blasts. He said the best possible medical aid would be given to the injured persons.
