LANDI KOTAL: Measles outbreak in a remote village of Landi Kotal claimed life of a two-year-old girl here on Saturday.

Residents of Pasedkhel said the disease affected a number of children in the area which is close to Torkham border and having minimal health facilities.

They said two-year-old daughter of Said Umar died of the disease while other children were admitted to Landi Kotal hospital where the required medicines for treatment of measles were not available.
