UNIVERSITY Road has been under repairs for the last three months. The road construction has made people’s lives miserable as they face difficulty in reaching their destinations on time. Half of the road is closed because of construction.

The construction work is being done at a slow pace. There are no road signs for the guidance of drivers. This is also increasing the ratio of accidents. Several fatal accidents have occurred on this road because of chaos.

There should have been a proper plan and diversions made before the start of the repairs. The authorities concerned should ensure an early completion of this busy road.
