Job efficiency

Published February 20, 2017

IT has been observed that due care is not exercised while assigning various professional tasks. This has a negative impact as far as efficiency is concerned. Initially engineers and doctors are selected for the post advertised but later on assigned tasks against other vacant slots. This flawed arrangement ends up in inefficiency and lack of interest among them.

The criterion of “right person for right job” is compromised, leading to poor performance. It must be ensured that jobs advertised must conform to the strict deployment needs.

The success of An organisation’s success depends on employing persons who fulfill the scope must and nature of the job.

I will thus expect the human resource management and development to be on one page before appointing candidates to various professional jobs.

An organisation’s management must follow the already set criteria. This will improve the efficiency and job satisfaction and produce tangible results.

Furthermore, each organisation must introduce feedback proforma and periodic assessment must be carried out. Any deviation will not help the management to meet the milestones set.

The human resource managemen must have updated data of each employee so that further training needs can be taken care of. This culture must be promoted so that any deficiency/shortcoming can be detected at any stage in the interest of the organisation.
