WITH all the flak PIA gets for its poor service and delays, I want to record there is still hope for the airline. I was on flight PK308 from Karachi to Islamabad on Jan 17. The aircraft was an old A320 but clean and departed and arrived on time in Islamabad. The announcements were very professionally done and the crew on board was courteous, cheerful.
This reminded me of the time when PIA was among one of the top airlines of the world.
PIA, keep it up. You can make it!
