GUJRAT: Students seeking admission to the University of Gujrat (UoG) will no longer need to visit the campus to collect admission forms, choose courses or to get any other admission-related information as a new UoG website will accept admission applications online and offer a host of other services.

This was stated by UoG Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Ziaul Qayyum while addressing a meeting of senior academics and administration officials on Friday.

“Modern technology has become an integral part of all educational activities as far as higher education goals are concerned. The launch of new UoG website will be one of the most important developments towards making this university a world-class university,” Dr Zia said.

Director IT Services Arshad Manzoor highlighted the key features of the new UoG website as well as procedure for online admission.
