ISLAMABAD: A two-member Pakistan contingent will be heading for USA on September 7 to participate in the World Wrestling Championship in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Talking to APP, Mohammad Arshad Sattar, Secretary General, Pakistan Wrestling Federation (PWF), said wrestler Mohammad Inam was a series medal hope in the championship.

The 26-year-old Inam, who won gold for Pakistan at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in 84kg freestyle category, is being sponsored by the United World Wrestling federation.

“Hopefully Inam will return home with good results after the championship,” Sattar said.
