Pakistan jump to second in T20 rankings

KARACHI: Pakistan moved up to second position from third in the latest Twenty20 Internationals Ranking released by the International Cricket Council (ICC) on Tuesday.

Reigning World T20 champions Sri Lanka are remain top with 126 rating points.

Pakistan benefited from Australia’s defeat to England in their T20 internationals on Monday. The Green-shirts have 120 rating points, two ahead of Australia in third.

India are also on 118 points but are placed fourth with fifth-placed West Indies a point behind.
