TAXILA: Security forces arrested a suspected terrorist allegedly associated with the banned Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) from Taxila area on the early hours of Sunday.

According to police sources, during a pre-dawn strike security forces raided a hideout on Khanpur Road and made the arrest. The identity of the member has not been revealed.

According to sources, the accused is wanted in several cases.

The police sources said the arrest was made on information given by Alam Zaib, another terrorist from the TTP Wali Khan group, who was arrested during a raid by security forces in Gujar Khan on Saturday.
