Man robbed of money

ISLAMABAD: Robbers continue to come up with innovative techniques to deprive people of money. In a recent incident, a man was robbed of Rs118,000 in the Bhara Kahu area.

A man named Rizwan Akhtar was standing by a roadside when two men approached him and accused him of hitting them earlier, while they were walking on the same road.

He was confused and tried to convince them that he did no such thing. The men got into a scuffle with him and then ran away. After Mr Akhtar recovered from the shock, he realised the cash he was carrying in his pocket was gone.

The police registered a case against the unknown robbers and began investigation.
