LAHORE/ FAISALABAD: Three more convicts were executed on Wednesday.

A murder convict was executed in Kot Lakhpat Central Jail in Lahore.

Police said Tahir Bashir was convicted of killing trader Arshad Ali in Sabzazar Colony in 2000 over a dispute of placing advertisement in front of his shop.

Two murder convicts were hanged in the Faisalabad Central Jail.

Sharafat Ali and Mohammad Saeed had been sentenced to death on charges of killing two brothers, Arshad and Anwar, over an enmity on March 23, 1998, in Manawala, Sheikhupura.
