LAHORE: A young man was killed while another three were injured on Saturday when their speeding car collided with a tree near Muslim Town.
Muslim Town Station House Officer Sheikh Abid told Dawn that four youths were celebrating Valentine’s Day by doing stunts in a car. The driver lost control over the vehicle while negotiating a turn on Canal Road near Muslim Town and it collided with a roadside tree.
The SHO said Akash, 27, died on the spot while Lal Bakhsh, 25, of Rawalpindi, Junaid Saleem and Tayyab Butt of Iqbal Town were shifted to Jinnah Hospital.
