For 2 main reasons, one we are the biggest victim of this menace globally and other this menace is using/abusing the name of our religion. Unfortunately, what he said - "they recognise and destroy their growing jihadist cancer" - is true. Almost all muslims do NOT recognise this growing jihadist cancer as their own. If a cancer patient do NOT recognise his cancer then he won't treat it. The same thing is happing with Islam. Everytime any terrorist activities done by jihadist all muslims says - "These jihadist are NOT muslims" Instead of it all muslims need to recognise these jihadist as muslims and follower of their own faith.
