LAHORE: The Punjab government on Friday promoted to BS-19 and transferred and posted several officials.

Those promoted to BS-19 and were allowed to continue with their present assignments include S&GAD’s Additional Secretary I&C Naeem Ghaus, Multan DCO Zahid Saleem Gondal, Lodhran DCO Shahid Niaz, Sargodha Director Development and Finance Ayub Khan, Kasur EDO Finance and Planning Zafar Iqbal, Bahawalpur Additional Director Consolidation Shahzad Saeed and Lahore Commissioner Office’s Director Development and Finance Muhammad Akhtar.

Director Population Welfare Maalik Bhula was promoted to BS-19 and was posted as C&W additional secretary.

Additional Programme Director Health Sector Reforms Programme Shamim Asif was promoted to BS-19 and was posted as Health additional secretary.

LDA’s Nahid Gul Baloch was promoted to BS-19 and posted as MPDD additional secretary.

Deputy Secretary Home Tahir Ali was promoted to BS-19 and was posted as additional secretary in the same department.

Health Deputy Secretary Muhammad Ilyas was promoted to BS-19 and was posted as Special Education additional secretary.

Population Welfare Deputy Secretary Qamar Ibadul Haq was promoted to BS-19 and was posted as Population Welfare director.

Auqaf Deputy Secretary Munawwar Najam was promoted to BS-19 and was posted as Attock Finance and Planning EDO.

Health Deputy Secretary Abdul Ghafoor was promoted to BS-19 and was posted as Dengue Control Programme additional secretary, Health Department.

Muhammad Akram was promoted to BS-19 and was posted as Cooperative Board for Liquidation additional secretary.

Tariq Mahmood of P&D’s Urban Development Unit was transferred and posted as Finance Department’s Policy Unit deputy director.

OSD Mumtaz Husain was posted as Child Protection and Welfare Bureau director general.

OSD Tanvir Iqbal Tabassum was posted as Multan additional collector consolidation.
