Five bullet-riddled bodies found

QUETTA: Five bullet-riddled bodies have been found in various areas of Pishin and Qila Abdullah districts.

According to the police, people of Muchi area of Rodmullahzai in Pishin district informed local authorities about the presence of three bodies there. Police took the bullet-riddled corpses to the district hospital.

“They were a day old and dumped in the mountainous area of Muchi,” Karezat Assistant Commissioner Abdul Salam told Dawn. The victims were 28 to 32 years old and had been shot in the head and chest, he said, adding that their names could not be ascertained.

Police registered a case and started investigation.

Levies officials said that one Abdul Hadi kidnapped from Loralai last month was found shot dead in Menzari area of Pishin district.

The body of an Afghan national was found in Mazai Adha area of Qila Abdullah district.

Police said he had been shot in the head and chest. The deceased, Mullah Hosh, had recently come to Qila Abdullah from Afghanistan. The body was handed over to his relatives.
