Nabiha Chaudhry

THE tragic demise of young CSS officer Nabiha Chaudhry in Lahore is a loss for the country. To me she was a great mentor. Her radiant personality stood out in a crowd.

Nabiha was a beautiful soul, high-spirited and zealous. A brilliant graduate of the NED University of Engineering and Technology, a masters in international relations and an aspiring CSS officer who topped in the competition exam. But there was more to her than these medals.

She was a girl who had faith in this nation and in our youth. She had a vision to achieve and ensure education for all in the country. She joined the civil services to bring this change by working within the system.

This was the girl who would never blame other people on what should be done, rather she would step forward and do it.

This young lady had so much to share and now she has left us. May God rest the soul of Nabiha Chaudhry in peace.
