UNITED NATIONS: Adviser to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs, Sartaj Aziz would meet India’s External Affairs Minister Sushima Swaraj during a meeting of Commonwealth Foreign Affairs ministers to be held on the sidelines of UN General Assembly on Thursday officials here said.

Indian Ambassador to the United Nations Asoka Mukerjee told reporters on Wednesday that Ms Swaraj might hold talks with Mr Aziz.

According to the Ambassador, it will be the “second opportunity” for the two officials to meet. “India and Pakistan are both members of the Commonwealth. So, the two ministers will be meeting in that format as well”.
