There have been some anti-ISIS protests. One I'm familiar with is in Sweden. Some leading Islamic scholars in Egypt and Saudi Arabia have condemned ISIS as well as the President of Malaysia. Please don't making illogical statements blaming the CIA and Mossad as all it does is make Muslims look bad. The best thing is to condemn this type of behavior.
