QUETTA: Eight people were killed and over 50 injured in incidents of firing and road accidents in different parts of Balochistan over the past two days.

The deceased was identified as Mohammad Khan. “The armed groups clashed after a dispute between children playing outside their homes,” police said.

Police and Frontier Corps personnel took the bodies and the injured to the civil hospital in Quetta.

Another man was shot dead in Noshki when he was passing through the Ainuddin road area.

Police found the body of a man from the border town of Chaman. The unidentified body was left at a deserted place.

A woman was killed in the Ghabi road area after having been hit by a stray bullet.
