Mr Nice Not

THIS is regarding the story “Mr Not Nice” by Sherbano Tajammal (YW, June 28, 2014). It was a very nice and humourous story. I really liked the idea of Mr Not Nice and agree that naughty kids should be treated in this way so that they know how annoying they had been with others and also learn to behave well.

Fast and the fabulous

THIS is with reference to the article “Fast and the fabulous” by Naveed Fayyaz (YW, July 5, 2014).

It was a very interesting article. We should try and reap all the benefits of the holy month of Ramazan — the month of blessings. It brings unity and remind us about the countless blessings God has bestowed upon us. There are millions of poor people around us and they all deserve our attention and concern. I appreciate the writer wholeheartedly for writing about such an important topic which provokes readers to think about others.

Astronomy

THIS is regarding the article “The atmosphere on Earth” by Arif Ali Abbasi (YW, July 12, 2014). It was an interesting and useful article as compared to other articles published before in this series on astronomy.

Besides telling about the molecular formation of earth’s atmosphere, the writer emphasised on the need of a clean atmosphere. It is very true that , “Atmosphere is all there. Keep it clean and tidy, and it serves you well.”

It is indeed important for our wellbeing that earth’s atmosphere should be kept clean. However, before that, an awareness campaign should also be set up for the people living carelessly on this planet.

THE article “The atmosphere on Earth-II” by Arif Ali Abbasi was very interesting and reading about the ozone hole really worried me. We should pay attention to the deteriorating state of the atmosphere of earth by keeping the environment clean and green so that earth’s treasures remain intact for generations to come.

Comic strip creator

THIS is regarding the website review of Comic Strip Creator by Asif Ali (YW, July 12, 2014). It was a fabulous site. I agree with the writer that the website was quite addictive because it was fun to create the story in the comics and I could not just leave the site soon.

THE days are long and we are fasting of course, also, summer vacations are going. The website “Comic strip creator” by Asif Ali was timely and entertaining. It was so easy and I really liked creating the comics on it. I would like to appreciate the Young World team for their hard work in bringing out such an outstanding magazine for kids every week.

Let’s get poetic

THIS is with reference to the article “Let’s get poetic” by Mariam Naz (YW, July 11, 2014). It was really interesting and informative article. I learnt many things about poetry from the article like different kinds of poems and the writer also told us how to write an effective poem.

I request the YW team to keep printing such informative articles every week so that we get knowledge of every subject.
