FAISALABAD: An 11-year-old girl has been raped twice in 10 days allegedly by her teacher at a private school.

Samundri City police registered a case against two suspects under Section 376 of the Pakistan Penal Code on Monday night and both the arrested accused were sent to Lahore for a DNA test on Wednesday.

Taseer told police in his application that his daughter, a 7-grade student, had informed him that her teacher of Shaukatabad had called her to his office and subjected her to rape.

He alleged the teacher had also raped her about 10 days ago.

Quoting his daughter, the complainant said the teacher and his colleague had asked her to refrain from telling her parents about the rape.

Taseer told Dawn a lady doctor of THQ Hospital had refused to conduct the medical examination of her sister without the registration of a case.

He said an application had been filed with the area magistrate seeking a direction for the THQ Hospital medical superintendent for a medical examination.

City Police Officer Dr Haider Ashraf said the DNA test report of the accused would help police in determining the authenticity of the incident.
