Let’s admit it: off all the international television cookery shows, the Masterchef franchise is the most reputed (and probably most watched) programme. It’s heartening to know that its Pakistani edition, Masterchef Pakistan, will hit the airwaves in the first week of May.

Recently an event was held at the Australian High Commission in Karachi at which the judges for the show were announced. They are Chef Mehboob Khan, Chef Zakir Qureshi and Chef Khurram Awan.

Well, it for sure sounds like a mouthwatering prospect, depending how quickly the contestants improve their culinary skills on the show.
