National TT from 26th

KARACHI, Dec 12: The 50th Golden Jubilee national table tennis championships will take place here at the Majeed Khan’s Islamia Club gymnasium from Dec 26 to 31, said an announcement on Thursday.

The Karachi Table Tennis Association (KTTA) will organise the event in collaboration with the Sindh Table Tennis Association (STTA) and under the auspices of Pakistan Table Tennis Federation (PTTF).

All the affiliated units of the PTTF including four provinces and federal associations are expected to participate in the event.

Wapda are the reigning men’s and women’s team event champions while Asim Qureshi and Ghazala Basit, both from Wapda, will defend their individual titles.—Sports Correspondent
