I TRAVELLED on Nov 17 by Metro Bus in Lahore from Gajjumat to Bhatti Chowk. There were only three passengers, including me, on the bus during this journey as two buses started at the same time.

Mine was the second. I noticed that the first bus got the passengers and the second remained empty.

Why? According to the driver, it was a new order that two buses should start at the same time for a certain period of time.

Can the authorities of Metro Bus answer why money is wasted by running two buses simultaneously instead of at intervals of three to four minutes, and who benefits from this practice?
