QUETTA, Oct 19: Unidentified men fired two rockets at a Frontier Corps checkpost in Panjgur area on Saturday evening, sources said.

The rockets fired from an unknown location landed and exploded away from the post.

No damage was reported.

Meanwhile, the FC personnel in Sui area of Dera Bugti foiled an attempt to attack their convoy with landmines.

The FC men detected the mines on a roadside in Daypal area and defused them before they could explode.—Staff Correspondent
