NOW that Asif Ali Zardari has completed his five-year tenure as president, I appeal to him, to President Mamnoon Hussain and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to give us hapless citizens of Karachi back the portion of Khayaban-i-Saadi, Clifton, running from BBQ tonight roundabout to Sea View road.

The four-lane major thoroughfare has been blocked off with concrete barriers, cement walls and iron spikes for the past many years.

The blocking of this major road has resulted in constant traffic jams and chaos on Shahrah-i-Firdous which passes in front of the busy Abdullah Shah Ghazi Mazar, 26th Street, Khyban-i-Shamsheer and other arteries leading to Sea View.

The opening up of Khayaban-i-Saadi will provide an alternative route leading to Sea View and the DHA, which will greatly help ease traffic congestion, especially during weekends when the entertainment-starved citizens visit the Sea View beach and adjoining parks in droves with their families.

The Don of Kabza Mafia. He can illegally block and possess a public road and the government, by being silent on this issue, is a partner in this crime. this is state sponsored Kabza Mafia. No one will do anything about it.

Realize this brother, that Pakistani bureaucrats are hearing impaired (and also reading impaired) . You may shout and scream at the top of your voice and write two lines or an ex number of pages but with no effect on their ears or any other personal effect at all..

Do you really expect anyone to do anything about this situation?? These people don't care what hardships the general public goes through, whether traffic jams or load shedding. As long as their vehicle passes by everyone and they have AC's in their bathrooms, they will be happy. And our foolish citizens still keep on voting for these useless corrupt souls, year after year. I believe we deserve it.
