LAHORE, Aug 8: The body of DIG Fiaz Ahmad Sunbal, who was killed in a suicide attack at Quetta Police Lines during a funeral prayer, will reach Lahore at 9am on Friday.

IGP Khan Baig and other senior police officers will receive the body at Allama Iqbal International Airport and funeral will be offered at Elite Police Training School, Baidian, around Friday prayers.

Mr Sunbal, who was 26th Commoner and was posted DIG (Operations) Quetta, belonged to Lahore.

SP Ali Javed Anwer Malik, who is 29th Commoner and is discharging his duty as SP Headquarters Quetta, was said to be critical till Thursday night. Mr Malik too hails from Lahore.—Staff Reporter
