Karachi, June 25th 2013 – Intel Corporation announced the availability of the 4th generation Intel® Core vPro ™ processor family, formerly codenamed “Haswell,” with immediate availability for innovative devices.

The 4th generation processors are up to 2 times faster for business productivity applications over 4-year old systems.

Intel offers business-class computing across a full spectrum of devices, including robust Ultrabooks, 2-in-1 devices, touch-based clamshells, tablets, portable all-in-one (AIO) and ultra small form factor PCs.

4th gen Intel processors are the first system-on-a-chip for PCs, enabling new form factors and 2-in-1 designs, while increasing battery life up to 50 percent and double the graphics performance over the previous generation.

With power levels as low as 6 watts in scenario design power, Intel is enabling thinner, lighter, cooler, quieter, and fan free designs.

“4th gen Intel Core processors offer the most significant gain in battery life… up to double the graphics and significant CPU performance improvements that are delivering exciting new consumer experiences,” said Naveed Siraj, Country Manager Intel Pakistan.

“This year is the perfect time for consumers to refresh their old tablet or PC with these new 2-in-1 devices.”
