LAHORE, July 29: The North Cantonment police on Friday registered a case against a retired army official, his wife and three unidentified suspects for allegedly abusing and beating up the wife of a singer.Reports said the case was registered against Col Muhammad Nadeem (retired), his wife and three other suspects under sections 427, 279, 254, 379 and 506 of Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) on the complaint of Asma Sohail, the wife of Sohail Javed. The complainant alleged in the FIR that the suspects attacked her following a minor road accident near Askari 10 flats on Thursday. — Staff Reporter
