MIRAMSHAH, Jan 7: Suspected militants shot dead two Afghan nationals in North Waziristan on Wednesday for ‘spying’ for the United States, sources said.
Militants have in recent days killed seven alleged US spies in the tribal region.
Sources said the bullet-riddled body of Habibullah was found in the Khaddi village in Mirali sub-division. The other Afghan, identified as Khan Muhammad Babrak, was killed in the Shera Talla area of Mirali.
Another two Afghans had been killed on Tuesday. Their bodies have been sent to Afghanistan.—Correspondent
