HYDERABAD: Nationalists urged to unite

Bureau Report

HYDERABAD, Jan 6: Sindh Taraqqi Pasand Party chairman Dr Qadir Magsi said on Tuesday that unless the nationalist leaders sacrificed personal egos and united on one platform for the common cause they would never be able to do anything for the motherland.

Addressing a workers meeting at Taraqqi Pasand House, Mr Magsi stressed the need for turning nationalist politics into a strong united movement and pointed out that raising hollow slogans and holding motorcycle rallies could achieve nothing. He said that only a strong and united movement could achieve desired results and urged the nationalist leaders to adopt realistic policies.

He said that people of Sindh had become politically conscious and they could neither be deceived nor hoodwinked.

He urged the workers to go door to door to unite people and expressed the hope that the day was not far when the STP would emerge as the most powerful party of Sindh and bring about a revolution.
