THATTA, Dec 26: Two men were burnt to death and one was injured when their vehicle, a Suzuki pick-up, caught fire after the gas cylinder of the vehicle exploded near Bachal Shah Nala some 40km off Thatta on Friday.

Witnesses said that the vehicle, which was heading towards Karachi, was hit by a car from the back as a result of which it overturned in a roadside ditch. As soon as it tumbled down, the gas cylinder of the vehicle exploded and it caught fire resulting in the death of Fahad Ali Shah and Zeeshan Shah.

The third occupant of the vehicle who was said to be driving the car also sustained injuries and was shifted to some local hospital. His identity could not be ascertained.—Correspondent
