FPCCI polls

LAHORE, Dec 25: The biennial elections of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) for 2009-2010 will commence on Dec 31 instead of Dec 26 and complete on Jan 31. The annual elections of all chambers of commerce and industries and affiliated trade bodies across the country have already been completed.

According to co-chairman of the Businessmen Panel, Iftikhar Ali Malik, the presidential candidate for the top-slot in FPCCI from Sindh for the next term would be named with consensus in a democratic manner. —APP
