KARACHI, Dec 23: The Sindh home department has appointed Mumtaz Ali Rajpar, Register of the Special Courts STA/ATA, as Register for the tribunal that is conducting an inquiry into the violent incident that occurred in Karachi on Nov 30, 2008 and the following days.—PPI
