KARACHI, Dec 18: Three ships scheduled to load and offload containers and cement berthed at the Qasim International Containers Terminal and MPT, respectively, during the last 24 hours.

A total of six ships, namely ACX Refflesia, CMA CGM Kingston, Orien-II, Gemini, Liparit and World Bridge, are currently occupying berths to load and offload containers, cement, project cargo and palm oil, respectively, during the report period.

Cargo handling stood at 37,304 tons, comprising 21,725 tons of import cargo and 15,579 tons of export cargo, inclusive of containerised cargo carried in 2,012 containers was handled at the port.—APP
