KARACHI, Dec 13: Reigning national women’s singles champion Shabnam Bilal and Ahmed Hasan will lead the Habib Bank Limited (HBL) women and men’s teams, respectively, in the National Table Tennis championship being held at the Wapda Sports Complex in Lahore from December 17.

Shabnam Bilal also led HBL to win the ladies title in the last event besides taking the women singles crown. The women’s team also boasts of the National Junior Women’s Champion Ghalia Khursheed. The teams leave for Lahore on Monday.

Women’s: Shabnam Bilal (captain), Ghalia Khursheed, Ayesha Khan, Shama Hasan, Sadia Yaseen.

Men’s: Ahmed Hussain (captain), Yasir Bhatti, Asim Aziz, Sohail Mazhar (manager). —APP
