BADIN: Dialogue urged for peace

By Our Correspondent

BADIN, Dec 5: The president of the Millat-i-Jafria Pakistan and senior vice-president of the Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal, Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi, stressed the need for continuation of the all-parties national conference.

He said that consultation on all national issues was in the interest of democracy and would also put an end to anti-government rumours.

Speaking at a press conference at Markazi Imam Bargah here on Friday, he said that the country was passing through a critical period so it was a must to expose the miscreants involved in the ill-designs and engaged in terrorist acts.

He said that the national integrity would never be compromised at any cost and added that all parties had demonstrated exemplary unity and stood on a single platform and offered unequivocal support to the government to face all dangers and to defend its honour and dignity as well as country’s sovereignty, political independence and territorial integrity.

He said that Pakistan was not involved in the Mumbai carnage and any aggression from the Indian side would be answered.
