The meeting reviewed the progress of various development schemes.

Reviewing the ongoing work on the old Phulelli bridge, he said that the work on this important bridge should be completed without any further delay.

He said that a diversion should be created on Gharib Nawaz bridge road leading to railway station and the work should be completed as soon as possible. He said that in case any difficulty was experienced in the use of excavator, the work should be carried out manually.

He directed the district works committee to complete the work on sewerage lines on Hali road as soon as possible in cooperation with the taluka nazim Latifabad and added that in order to facilitate parking and traffic in Rani Bagh the existing gate should be used only as an exit gate while for entrance, another gate should be constructed.
