KARACHI, Dec 1: Karachi University Registrar Prof Raees Alvi has said that the university administration has shifted nine examination centres of degree classes’ candidates to the campus. The decision, he told Dawn, had been taken keeping in view the hardship being faced by the students, particularly female, in reaching the centres and returning home. A notification, identifying the colleges and centres concerned, would be issued on Tuesday, he added.

He further stated that offices of the university administration would remain open although teaching activities on the campus were suspended for holding semester examinations.
