KARACHI, Nov 26: The KBCA has declared sale of plots in Baldia Town and Naval Colony by M/s Al-Jeelani builders illegal, and also issued a notice to M/s Allied Associates, builders of Elite Tower, plot No. C-17, Block-10, F B Area, for not completing formalities.—PPI
