Dengue claims another life

LAHORE, Nov 22: Another dengue patient died at Services Hospital, as the number of dengue patients under treatment at hospitals in Punjab increased to 65 after admission of 22 new victims on Saturday.

A spokesman for the Health Department said nine new patients were admitted to Mayo Hospital and 18 discharged during the last 24 hours. Nineteen patients were still under treatment at the hospital. Ten patients were discharged from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and 11 were under treatment. Seven new patients were brought to Services Hospital and three of them were discharged. Patient Asad Ali of Chauburji Gardens died at the hospital.

Seven patients were discharged from Jinnah Hospital and one new patient was admitted. Sixteen patients were under treatment at the hospital. — Reporter
