KHAIRPUR, Nov 22: A ceremony to mark 80th birthday of Pir Pagaro was organised at the Muslim League House on Saturday.

District Nazim Pir Niaz Hussain Shah and PML-F MPA Nusrat Sahar Abbasi said that the present government would never succeed for they obtained votes by raising hollow slogans of roti, kapra aur makaan.

They said that the PPP leadership should meet Pir Sahib Pagaro for his assistance in running the government. They said that vindictive actions were being taken out against the PML-F activists by PPP after coming into power.

The district nazim said that false cases had been lodged against hundreds of PML-F activists and he was also booked in a fictitious case which they faced bravely.
