Body of newborn found

RAWALPINDI, Nov 22: Body of new born baby was found near Chaklala Railway Station.

Airport Police said Zafar Iqbal found the body of the new born and informed the Police who took the body to the police station and later buried it in the nearby graveyard after registering a case.

Meanwhile Mohammad Anwar in a complaint lodged with the police said he was robbed of cash and mobile phone near Aslam Market in Khayaba-e-Tanveer in the area of Airport Police.

He said two men on motorcycle intercepted him near the market and snatched some cash and his mobile phone on Saturday evening.

In another case Sheikh Muhammad Siddique in an FIR lodged with Cantt Police said the robbers took away Rs150,000 in cash and the mobile phones from his two servants when they were shutting down the shop in Sadar area on late Friday night.—Our Reporter
