KARACHI, Nov 22: National Reconstruction Bureau (NRB) chairman Dr Asim Hussain said on Saturday that all four provincial governments favoured restoration of magisterial system. However, he added, a decision in this regard would be taken with consensus. He was talking to media people at a programme held at a local university. —APP
