LAHORE, Nov 21: The crisis faced by the economies world over is the result of financial mismanagement resulting from expediency taking precedence over responsibilities, Auditor-General of Pakistan Tanwir Ali Agha said here on Friday.
Speaking at a meeting of the governing board of the Asian Organisation of Sup-reme Audit Institutions here, Agha said it was an en-vironment in which the public good became sub-servient to private advancement.
