The mayor also said that the Chinese people were awaiting a visit to China by Pakistan Muslim League-N chief Mian Nawaz Sharif. He praised the services of Mr Nawaz Sharif for strengthening China-Pakistan relations and asked the chief minister to convey his invitation to Mian Nawaz Sharif to visit China as soon as possible.

Later, Mian Shahbaz Sharif went to Hong Kong, concluding his visit to China.
