KARACHI: Talks offer
KARACHI, Nov 15: The Sunni Tehrik has welcomed Muttahida Qaumi Movement chief Altaf Hussain’s offer of talks and joint efforts to defuse tension between the two parties but regretted that another ST man, Afzal Qadri, was killed a few hours after the offer was made. ST chief Sarwat Ejaz Qadri told a press conference here on Saturday that his party had kept doors of talks open for peace.—PPI
