KARACHI: Dengue virus


KARACHI, Oct 31: Sindh Health Minister Dr Saghir Ahmed said on Friday evening that 11 more suspected dengue patients were admitted to various hospitals in Karachi over the last 24 hours.

He said five patients were admitted to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, four to the Ziauddin Hospital and one each to the Civil Hospital Karachi and Bantva Memon Hospital.

A total of 1,050 suspected dengue patients have been brought to different hospitals in Sindh and 360 of them have tested positive so far this year.—Agencies
