Man kills sister

TAXILA, Oct 26: A man killed his teenaged sister in Wah village over suspicion of having illicit relations, police said on Sunday.

Wah Cantonment police told this correspondent that Hamza, 24, shot dead his sister, 18-year-old Zainab Bibi, on Saturday evening when she was sitting in the courtyard of their house. After the murder, Hamza escaped from the crime scene. Police handed over the body to Zainab’s family for burial after autopsy at the Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) hospital in Taxila.

The girl had received four bullets and died on the spot. The Wah Cantonment police had registered a case against the accused and had started a hunt.
