KARACHI, Oct 24: The Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP) has floated a tender for the purchase of 50,000 tons of refined sugar from local mills.

A TCP official said here on Friday that the tender will be opened on October 30, 2008. The corporation is buying sugar from local mills on the instructions of the government to help out industry, which is facing financial crisis.—APP
